    Undeliverable Packages

    In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    The Ephemere is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

    Returns and Exchanges Overview

    Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
    • The return or exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our Customer Service team at returns@theephemere.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
    • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return or exchange process, providing you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
    Shipping the Item Back

    When shipping the item back to us:

    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Include a copy of the original packing slip with the return.
    • Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
    Refunds and Exchanges Process

    Upon receiving the returned item:

    • We will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
    • For returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
    • For exchanges, the requested replacement item will be shipped to you.
    Defective or Damaged Items
